It’s beeeeeeen a busy time....
Wow! what a busy time the children have had. Crowns were made to celebrate the coronation.
The children have learnt all about how to look after seeds and beans to make sure they grow strong. We have planted peas, radishes and sunflowers in the garden (fingers crossed the squirrels stay away).
Peter Lead the local bee man made a visit to the playgroup, to talk about how important bee’s are and how we can make our garden more bee friendly.
The children have also been learning about the insects and other wildlife in our garden. Taking a closer look through the magnifying glasses, looking at books and doing drawing.
We had a visit from a vet to tell the children how to look after animals. The children were able to dress up as a veterinary nurse and help some very poorly toy animals.
