December

December has arrived and at playgroup it is all go. We have started our Christmas crafts and the children are listening to the Christmas story. They have enjoyed dressing up to perform the Nativity. There has been a daily dose of Christmas songs and bells which I am sure you will be joining in with at home. Teresa has started to teach us the Makaton signs for the days of the week and Christmas.

The children are now well into the routine of getting their lunches and finding their names at the table. We encourage good sitting and good manners while eating and we all enjoy this social time together.
