Autumn and Diwali

What a busy October. The children made their own shakers using recycled bottles and rice.

We have also been talking about the season,

Autumn. The children went for a lovely walk to collect leaves and acorns, then they did some investigating to find out what type of tree the leaves came from.

The children have enjoyed learning about Diwali, the festival of light. Making divas (deeyas), rangoli patterns, hand art and dancing to Diwali music.
